30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn, in the same condition you received it
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@steepline.surf with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Change of mind / wrong size: the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item received: Steepline covers all return and replacement shipping costs — free of charge. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. For defective or incorrect items, we'll send a free replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method (PayPal or the card used at checkout) within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
